We offer specialised services like arboricultural surveys, groundwater surveys, soil and ground bearing surveys, site surveying, environmental impact reports, procurement, design, specification, delivery and handover stages.
We take care of submitting planning applications, health and safety CDM compliance arrangements, planning and building regulation compliance, scope of works reports, tender analysis, valuations, construction monitoring reports, snagging, defects period management, etc.
Many of these we undertake in-house and we work closely with respected and talented specialists to bring a total building management package together, this saves time and money. We are commercially minded and keep our cost bases low to ensure you, the client, the best value at all times.
