From initial customer enquiry to project scoping requirements, photo renders and designs. This can then be taken forward to full planning drawings and submission to local authority for approval. Our team takes care of all the usual requirements such as specialist surveys and liaison with the various departments at local authority level to get the planning approved.

We can also work direct with your chosen architect if you prefer to deliver the building project on time and budget. Modular works have considerable experience across our team in providing solutions for private and commercial clients and helping them attain permissions for their projects.
