We can even fit the building out with furniture and provide CCTV and alarm systems. We have a dedicated schools advisor recruited from director level management within the educational sector. Modular Works Ltd provides each project with its own specialist education project manager, they work closely with education clients assisting with initial scoping works, design of the building, presentations to governors and school board members. They will also provide detailed finance options if required initially. When the project has been agreed we can provide planning services to obtain planning permission. We will provide detailed designs and carry out specialist surveys if required by the planning authority working alongside our supply chain partners. Our specialist project manager will work with the school on safeguarding and risk assessments in advance of commencement of building works and work hand in hand with you to deliver your project on time and budget.
